Design and Finite Element Analysis of Magnetorheological Damper

چکیده
Abstract In order to solve the problem that output damping force of magnetorheological Damper is not large enough and adjustable range small, a bypass designed in this paper. The Valve connected hydraulic cylinder with pipes form controllable device. Two structures are by adding non-magnetic materials structure so magnetic field lines pass vertically through gap as much possible. One use two coils add material above coil, other only one coil coil. finite element method used simulate analyze parameters which affect performance, results discussed. show more can channel structure, increase coefficient.
